Newquay-based property business enters administration

Experts from business advisory firm Quantuma were appointed as Joint Administrators of Cornwall-based construction company, Cliffedge 10 Newquay Ltd, on 26 January 2026. Quantuma’s Nick Simmonds and Chris Newell were appointed as Joint Administrators to oversee the process.

Established in 2021, Cornwall-based Cliffedge 10 Newquay focussed on luxury property development, including new build apartments in sought-after locations on the Cornwall coast. The business is part of the Stephens & Stephens group of companies.

Quantuma managing director and Joint Administrator Nick Simmonds said:


“It is deeply regrettable that Cliffedge 10 Newquay has been forced to cease trading, due to a series of difficult circumstances.”
