Specialist expertise
Alistair has over 20 years of experience in all forms of corporate insolvency procedures, including administrations, interim manager appointments, court winding-up orders, and creditor voluntary liquidations. He also undertakes independent business reviews on behalf of lenders. His expertise spans a broad range of sectors, from manufacturing and property companies to professional service firms and technology companies. He has extensive experience carrying out members’ voluntary liquidations for businesses of all sizes, from small consultancy firms to listed companies.
Alistair has experience providing advice to directors, shareholders, lenders, and stakeholders within small and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors.
His recent work includes advising software companies, hospitality businesses and providing guidance both before and after formal appointments.
About Alistair
Alistair started his career in auditing before moving to the restructuring department of a national firm in 2003. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 and became JIEB qualified in 2008. He joined Quantuma in 2025.
Outside of work, Alistair enjoys attending sporting events, travelling and spending time with his family.
