Chris is the Head of Restructuring and the Regional Head for the Thames Valley and Midlands team. He advises companies, directors, lenders and stakeholders facing financial stress, underperformance or creditor pressure. His work focuses on understanding the commercial position quickly, assessing the options available and helping clients choose and implement the most appropriate strategy, whether that involves refinancing, turnaround planning, accelerated M&A, contingency planning or a formal insolvency process.

Chris is a licensed insolvency practitioner and qualified accountant. He holds both the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and Joint Insolvency Examination Board certification. He is also a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, travel and sport. He is a keen rugby, football and cricket fan and enjoys supporting his children’s sporting interests.
