Craig is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and deals with all forms of formal insolvency appointments, including trading administrations, contingency planning and pre-pack appointments. He specialises in advising companies in financial distress who are looking for the most suitable options to enable them to make an informed decision on the future of the business, whether that be turnaround or insolvency based.

Craig leads all cases and has significant experience of working alongside all stakeholders including lenders, company employees and other professional advisors.

Craig’s recent experience has included the administration of a provider of short-term loans to high net-worth borrowers with a portfolio of over £25m of outstanding debt, the pre-packaged sale of a care provider in north-west England and the pre-packaged sale of a Pharmacy business.

Craig also has significant experience of Administration appointments including the trading and subsequent closure of a non-maintained special needs school. Trading administration of an agricultural engineer leading to the sale of profitable element as a going concern and wind down of other operations. Further administrations include a national shoe retailer and jewellery retailer.

About Craig

Craig enjoys spending time with his family whether at home or when possible, on family holidays. He is a keen walker and has recently started mountain biking again.

Craig is also a big football fan and can often be found at Old Trafford.
