Since launching the firm’s Transaction, Tax and Data Advisory service in 2024, the team has advised on over £500m of deals and grown to over 20 transaction and data specialists. Prior to this, Sam led a top-ranked Transaction Support team at PKF, completing nearly 100 deals worth close to £1bn.
With over 15 years of experience in advisory services, and having been a client himself, Sam has a passion for delivering exceptional client service and adding real value for his clients through quality transaction and strategic data support.
Sam established our Transaction, Tax and Data Advisory service with the goal of truly disrupt the norm, driven by a relentless passion of caring for clients, improving the transaction experience, going beyond the numbers and unlocking the value of their data.
Sam’s mission is to provide real value and insight to clients across all stages of a transaction lifecycle, from strategic data preparation, due diligence/bid support, to SPA, completion mechanism and deal execution.
He enjoys helping to unlock value for businesses by helping them understand their data and what really drives profit and cash flow, and the insight it can bring to facilitate growth, providing the opportunity to help make better investment decisions.
