Specialist expertise
Terri has over 20 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency, advising directors, lenders and key stakeholders across a range of complex situations.
She has significant expertise in administrations, pre-packs, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, pre-appointment options analysis and contingency planning. Terri also has international experience, having worked on restructuring and insolvency matters in both the BVI and Cayman Islands.
Terri has worked across a broad range of sectors, including retail, hospitality and sports, renewable energy and waste management, and health and social care.
About Terri
Terri is an appointment taker, JIEB, and is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
She started her insolvency career in 2003 working for several mid-tier firms before moving to the Caribbean in 2017. Upon her return to the UK in 2019, she joined a Big Four firm and subsequently moved across to their restructuring advisory spin-off company.
Outside of work, Terri has two children with whom she spends most of her time and has a keen interest in sport, particularly football.
